BabyLiveAdvice bridges gaps in maternity and infant care by combining clinical expertise, virtual care technology, education, and compassionate human support.
Working alongside existing healthcare teams, we expand clinical capacity and provide continuous support to families—from preconception through the first year of a baby’s life.
Our scalable model helps healthcare organizations reduce operational burden, improve patient engagement, and deliver better outcomes without adding staff or complex technology.
More support for families. More capacity for care teams. Better outcomes at lower costs.
Our mission is to improve maternal and infant health by making trusted education, guidance, and support accessible to every family—regardless of location, language, income, or level of experience.
We believe every parent deserves to feel heard, prepared, supported, and connected throughout the maternal and newborn journey.
Technology makes access possible, but meaningful support comes from people. BabyLiveAdvice connects families with experienced nurses, nurse practitioners, lactation professionals, diabetes educators, mental health professionals, doulas, and maternal-child health educators.
Our services begin before pregnancy and continue through pregnancy, birth preparation, hospital discharge, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care, emotional wellness, and the baby’s first year.
BabyLiveAdvice is not simply a consumer application. We work directly with healthcare organizations to create white-labeled programs that reflect their brand, care pathways, patient population, and operational goals.
Our programs are designed to reduce barriers to care through virtual access, flexible scheduling, bilingual services,
multilingual interpretation, closed captioning, and culturally responsive education.
We provide the clinical professionals, curriculum, scheduling, registration, patient communication, technical support, program management, and reporting. Our partners receive a complete program without having to build or manage it internally.
BabyLiveAdvice has supported thousands of families through partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, health plans, and maternal-child health programs. Our programs are designed to help organizations:
Our success is measured not only through utilization and outcomes, but also through the confidence families gain when they know trusted support is available.

Read MoreEvery family has different needs, experiences, concerns, and barriers. Effective support begins by listening.
Healthcare information should be understandable, practical, and relevant to a family’s real life.
Parents deserve a safe environment where they can ask questions openly and receive respectful, compassionate guidance.
Education and regular contact can help families recognize warning signs and seek appropriate care sooner.
BabyLiveAdvice supports and extends the work of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and care teams. We do not replace medical care.
Language, transportation, geography, work schedules, childcare responsibilities, and financial barriers should not prevent families from receiving support.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Sigalit “Sigi” Marmorstein, a nurse practitioner, healthcare executive, telehealth leader, educator, and maternal health innovator with more than 30 years of healthcare experience.
Throughout her career, Sigi repeatedly saw the same problem: patients were expected to navigate some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives with too little time, education, and support.
Families often left medical appointments or hospital stays carrying discharge instructions but still feeling uncertain about how to care for themselves or their babies. Questions emerged at night, over the weekend, or after they returned home—when immediate, trusted guidance was difficult to access. Sigi created BabyLiveAdvice to close that gap.
Her vision was to build a service that combined the accessibility of telehealth with the compassion, judgment, and practical guidance of experienced maternal-child health professionals. She wanted families to have a trusted place to ask questions, build confidence, recognize concerns early, and stay connected to their healthcare organization.
Before founding BabyLiveAdvice, Sigi held leadership roles in emergency medicine, nursing education, healthcare innovation, and telehealth. She has led and supported more than 65 telehealth implementations and has helped healthcare organizations transform ideas into practical, scalable care programs.
Her experience includes serving as a chief emergency department nurse practitioner, a director of healthcare innovation, and a director of telehealth. She has also contributed to nursing education by developing advanced nursing programs and helping establish telehealth and clinical simulation initiatives.
Sigi’s work has been recognized by healthcare and nursing organizations, and she has served in advisory and leadership roles focused on nursing, telehealth, workforce development, and healthcare innovation. Despite her extensive experience in technology and healthcare operations, Sigi’s philosophy remains simple:
Healthcare works best when people feel supported by people. That belief continues to guide every BabyLiveAdvice program, partnership, and patient interaction.
Whether you are a parent looking for support or a healthcare organization exploring a maternal and newborn care program, BabyLiveAdvice is here to help.
