I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the BabyLiveAdvice platform for the help I received. Lauren was my LC and her guidance with my breastfeeding helped my baby gain 3lbs in one month. As a mother whose baby was diagnosed with IUGR, this was a huge success. But in addition, she asked about my mental health.
I told her I had a referral to see a therapist but it wasn’t approved yet. She immediately said she would get me an appointment with Ana, an emotional support counselor, but reassured me I could cancel it if I decided not to attend or if my referral got approved. She just wanted to make sure I was on the books with someone. I attended the session and Ana was my LIFESAVER! She pulled me out of some of the darkest days I’ve ever been in. I don’t know where I would be right now without either of them, and I believe my daughter is thriving because of how they helped me. I am now in therapy once a week. So, thank you! Every mom should have this type of access.

Dear Gina, As my wife, Andrea, and I prepare to welcome our first child, we recently attended your childbirth preparation class. We both thought your instruction was wonderful—clear, thoughtful, and confidence-inspiring.
I admire how you transformed your own less-than-ideal experience as a first-time parent attending a similar class into something entirely different. I have taken all my postnatal classes thru BabyLive advice. One of the classes I enjoyed and learned the most was the breastfeeding course with Genevieve. She went to every detail related to pregnancy, and breastfeeding journey. She also provided get tips to have a successful pain free breastfeeding experience. My husband and I enjoys her class so much that we had as our lactation consultant. She was amazing and provided me the information and support post baby. I am very thankful to her for all her support.

I loved my consultation with BLA, but I was really upset when I later received a bill from my insurance saying they wouldn’t cover the visit.
The BLA billing team stepped in and helped me fight the claim denial—and in the end, I actually received a check from my insurance that covered multiple additional visits.
My advice: always ask your insurance if they cover these services. And if they don’t, paying the cash fee is absolutely worth it!

Judith was great and very knowledgeable! I think as far as telehealth goes it was as good as could be! The video cut out part way through so it made things a little difficult but I’m glad she will send videos and handouts for my general knowledge. 4 stars only due to the technology glitches!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help. The classes and one on one spots set us up for great success with colostrum expression followed by successful breastfeeding. Milk is in and latches are great. Luke Cyrus Moayer was born 6-16-2025 6lbs 3oz and regained to his delivery weight in about 5 days with feeding on demand using the cues you taught.
